I have great news for you! You can become what you're capable of becoming. You can realize your full potential. You can do it all and it's easy to do.

You see, it's in your hands. It really is.

Let me explain. Everyone sets goals. Yet not everyone achieves them. There's a simple reason. You often lose sight of them. You know what happens then, "Out of sight, out of mind." Here's a new way to stay focused on what's really important to you.

Here's how it works. You have two hands. Each hand has ten fingers.

Create ten GOALS - one for each finger.

If balance is important to you, create five personal GOALS and five professional GOALS. Put your personal GOALS in your left hand and your professional GOALS in your right hand.

Remember - a GOAL has three key elements.

1. It must be in writing.
2. It must be specific. (Numbers)
3. It must have a completion date.

The first step is to prepare a written list of your ten GOALS.

The next step is to imagine each GOAL written on a different finger. Put your most important GOALS on your thumbs. When you achieve it - it will be a natural "Thumbs Up!"

When your GOALS are in your hands, you'll gain more control of you life.

Your life is in your hands - literally!
