Turn A Cold Winter Into A Hot Summer!

1. Keep in touch! Catch up on all your friends, family and past customers' news and gossip and share real estate tidbits as you go along. Mention how most of your business comes from referrals and you'd take extra special care of any friend of theirs! 3 -5 ten minute phones calls 4 times each week and you'll get through your list!
2. Think about your summer marketing plan and mailings. If you wait till you need to do it, there won't be time and it won't get done. How about weird holiday cards like Ground Hog's day in February? Or starting a neighborhood cookbook? Or organizing an area garage sale?
3. Go back and pick up another real estate or marketing course that will add to your professionalism. All of the best people in any field spend time and money on getting better.
4. Spoil your family and friends with the time and attention that you may not be able to give in a hot market. Fill up those emotional bank accounts for those times when you have to make serious withdrawals.
5. Do something wonderful for yourself. Take the vacation that you can't take during "prime time". Catch up on your reading. Catch up on the movies you've missed. Catch up on your exercise! Renew and recharge yourself so you're really ready (physically and emotionally) and anxious to get back to hard work
