Tracey has over 18 years office management and secretarial experience, the majority of which has been working in the UK public sector. This has included working for a public sector Management Consultancy practice, and as a finance and monitoring officer for UK and European funded projects.

Prior to that she spent several years working for UK solicitor's practices, which included working directly for a Partner, carrying out legal audio transcription and word processing of legal documents.

 

Areas in which Tracey has a wealth of knowledge and experience are:

 

·        audio transcription of reports, legal documents, letters, research interviews, teleconferences, focus groups etc.

·        designing, implementing and maintaining financial management information systems and databases

·        budget monitoring of projects, particularly those that are UK Government or European funded

·        designing and producing company newsletters, annual reports, flyers, brochures etc.

·        conducting research assignments, including business-to-business research, telephone research, face-to-face interviews (with businesses and individuals) and involvement in focus group research

·        many years word processing experience, which has included typing up of reports, letters, copy typing, etc.

·        personal assistant/secretarial experience at a high level within organisations

 

Tracey also have a Bachelor of Arts (with Honours) in Business Studies and various secretarial and computer-related certificates. Tracey holds a Master VIrtual Assistant Certification (PVA).

 

Her client base is wide ranging and includes UK government and European funded projects, an adult education institute, and independent professionals specialising in a variety of business sectors.

 

She is also the UK Affiliations Director and UK Chapter Director for the International Virtual Women’s Chamber of Commerce (IVWCC).
