In addition, she has a lineup of training and educational materials designed to help and support exhibitors long after her programs are over. At special request, Susan creates and produces customized learning systems for use in-house for particular organizations.

She creates a win-win relationship with her clients and speaks and trains before large and small group. Clients have turned to Susan for accurate information, skill-building tools and relationship strategies. She focuses on helping clients achieve success in four critical areas of their business: planning, promotion, people and productivity.

Originally from London, England, Susan has been a consultant, speaker and author for over 15 years. Her extensive experience in the tradeshow industry has allowed her to work with several hundred companies representing more that 30 different industries in the U.S. and in Europe.

As an innovative and insightful speaker, Susan has been featured at many major conventions and on several radio programs. Her book, Exhibiting at Tradeshows: Tips & Techniques for Success, has bee translated into French, German, Italian and Spanish. In addition, she has recently released a video, The Nuts and bolts of Selling at Tradeshows, and is a regular contributing editor to numerous professional and trade publications.

She is an active member of the National Speakers Association, adjunct faculty member, San Francisco State University, former contract speaker for Fred Pryor Seminars, and a past president of the American Marketing Association, Cincinnati Chapter.
