Steve founded Management Advisors, Inc. in 1983 and serves as president of the firm. He has over twenty-five years of management consulting experience, serving a variety of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Steve's principal consulting focuses are information technology and organizational development.
His information technology experience includes conducting needs analyses and helping organizations select hardware and software systems. He has also been involved in the design and development of mainframe, PC-based and Internet-based systems. In the area of organizational development, Steve has conducted many structural audits, management reviews and organizational analyses.
Steve's early consulting career began with Day & Zimmermann, Inc., a large east coast consulting firm. He then served with Coopers & Lybrand, an international public accounting and consulting firm in both their Philadelphia and Detroit offices. Steve also spent three years as an executive with Lyall Electric, a mid-west electronics manufacturer.
He is accredited by the Institute of Management Consultants as a Certified Management Consultant. He holds an engineering degree from Penn State University and an MBA in management and finance from the University of Colorado.
