Dr. Sandra Kuhlmann’s professional experience in education and adult learning spans nearly thirty years. After a multi-faceted career including 14 years on the public, college and university levels that ranged from curricular design an development to supervision ;and classroom instruction, she joined Dale Carnegie & Associates, Inc. as Regional Manager of Instruction, Sandra had primary responsibility for design and development of course materials for the annual retraining of the thousands of Dale Carnegie instructors worldwide. She has also taught all Dale Carnegie courses and trained and qualified instructors in these same courses. Of special note is that from its beginning in 1980 in this organization, Sandra has been involved in video-enhanced presentations skills training.

In 1995 Sandra became an independent course design specialist, workshop facilitator, and training consultant. While continuing her professional involvement with the Dale Carnegie Courses, she has become actively involved in customized training and executive coaching. Her professionalism, her experience, and her commitment to help each client achieve results, makes her uniquely qualified to help clients in the art of presentation skills. Sandra’s skills and interest cover design, development, and delivery of effective communication.

In addition to a Ph. D. in Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Texas at Austin, Dr. Kuhlmann holds an M.A. from Texas Tech University in English and Linguistics, and a B.A. from Angelo State University in English and Biology.
