Prior to joining HAR, he was the executive vice president of Baca Landata, the real estate information subsidiary of Stewart Title for over 5 years.
Sam also spent five years with the Houston office of Vinson & Elkins as a Real Estate Analyst. In that capacity he was responsible for projects in: Financial Institution Restructuring, Commercial Development, Pipeline Systems, Mapping and Property Condemnation.
He held a similar position for 2 years with the Honolulu Law Firm of Carlsmith Ball Wichman Murray Case Mukai and Ichiki. While there he specialized in Zoning, Land Title, Mapping and Litigation Support.
Sam has a degree in Economics from Rice University.
