QUESTION?  What are your year-end priorities?

QUESTION?  What are your first quarter 2002 priorities?

QUESTION?   What are the biggest challenges your sales team faces today growing your business?

FACT!  Leaders provide direction.  I encourage you to write your answers to these questions in your idea composition notebook.

FACT!  If a leader hasn't clarified the priorities for himself - he shouldn't imagine these priorities are etched into the minds of his salespeople on a daily basis.

FACT!  If your salespeople are working with old tools and dated selling skills they aren't well positioned to handle new challenges in an economy that's in recession.

QUESTION!  What are you doing to prepare your sales team for the coming year?  Your specific answers will no doubt become your strategic direction in the coming months.

COMMENT! - Be like the turtle - stick your neck out.  It's time.
