Prior to founding Adigida Solutions in 1997, Richard Kalman was a principal investor in a Century 21 residential real estate franchise in Florida where he was responsible for corporate strategy and financial management. During his tenure he realized the dire need for affordable real estate technologies that would integrate the broker's back office functions with independent agents' daily activities. Previously, Kalman spent 17 years as Vice President of Photographic Specialties, Inc., a commercial graphics supplier to nationally recognized retailers and corporations. In this capacity he was responsible for general management and all financial activities and collaborated in the design and development of advanced workflow management software. Kalman holds a B.A. in business administration and is a certified public accountant.
