Her experiences in the industry initiated in real estate sales in Houston, TX in late 1976. As a young novice to the business world, challenges and hurdles that others felt near insurmountable, became the opportunities in which Pat’s business practice thrived. She became the top producer in four out of four companies in three different parts of the United States over an eleven year production period utilizing strong analytic skills, cutting edge technologies and managing the systems which allowed her a leadership position in the industry.
During that time she additionally wore many hats in the companies she affiliated with from top producer to recruiter, manager, and relocation specialist in addition to simultaneously initiating and growing three companies. Her production activities were well rounded in not only residential real estate but additionally commercial, leasing and property management.
In 1986, several Franchisors sought Pat’s expertise and for an eight year period she was a staff resource with business development responsibilities primarily on the east coast from Connecticut through Virginia. Her service included consulting with over 1200 companies, development of key operational systems and implementations and the work on two International task forces.
There are over 40 publications to her credit including The Commission Plan Workbook, Productivity and Profit through Leads Management, and Communications. This year two books will be released Real Estate Automation, An Intelligent Approach as well as Sales and Other Dirty Words. Regular columns appear in The Real Estate Professional and she serves on several national task forces with a focus on technology and business.
She is currently sought as a speaker, consultant and facilitator by companies, associations and franchisors. Her objective is to help others achieve through the practice of Visionary Leadership. The ability to provide these services has been expanded through the company she leads with consultants bringing a variety of skills and expertise strategically positioned across the United States.
