"What's Your Vision?"

To move to the next level of success, we first must create a new Vision, one that goes beyond the place that we stand today. Imagining and embracing new possibilities, crystallizing a specific vision, and knowing that it is really possible and doable - all are essential to this process. Nina leads participants through a lively journey of uncovering and clarifying a new, larger vision for success. First, she expands the current understanding of how powerful envisioning is for achieving greater success. Then, she leads her audience through the specific steps that are necessary for this potent process. Participants will walk away with a new vision that magnetizes them toward greater success today!

"Setting Powerful Intentions"

The first step in any new initiative is often goal-setting, a necessary and valuable process. Even more effective is establishing a clear vision and setting powerful intentions. When actions are aligned with vision and intentions, the results are phenomenal! Nina helps participants understand the difference between goal and intention setting, and then leads them through the steps to bring them into focus. With the power of setting intentions, you will:

· Understand and remove the blocks to "making it happen"
· Be more creative and resourceful in all of your endeavors
· Accelerate your business in a positive direction
· Eliminate sabotage in your life and in your business

"Networking For Success"

Ever been to a networking meeting and passed out your business card to as many people as possible, only to be disappointed later when no one followed up? The reality of most of our "meet and greet" efforts to build business is that they often fall short of our intentions. The solution? Learning how to maximize the power of initial contact.

The reality is that we often have only thirty seconds to make a significant impression! This program teaches the skills for doing exactly that. With actual practice, participants will:

· Learn how to make a positive, lasting first impression
· Create and practice their unique "verbal business card"
· Discover the keys to first meetings that lead to productive business connections

"Manage Your SELF to Greater Success"

With any vision or goal, the most important resource that we have is our SELF! Knowing how to navigate through the countless decisions and actions that make up our day is critical. This presentation helps participants understand how to determine the most important actions to take. It focuses on the four primary steps to better self-management. Participants will:

§ Identify the core practices of effective self-management
§ Determine an area of self-management that requires change
§ Create a new set of intentions and actions
§ Feel empowered to move in a more positive direction with life and business initiatives and know how to do it

"Life Balance: Career AND Personal Success"

As a business owner for over fifteen years, Nina knows first hand the demands of keeping life in balance. In this enlightening presentation, she shares the secrets of how to be successful in both personal life and career. She identifies first the habits that create stress and throw us off balance, then leads the audience through the solutions. Participants will:

§ Discover the keys to returning to balance when life pulls us off track
§ Learn the essentials of working smarter rather than harder
§ Outline a plan for getting life back in balance
§ Walk away with knowledge of the core skills of gaining and maintaining life balance on a permanent basis

"Partnering For Success"

No matter what the business endeavor, the primary ingredient for success is people! The individuals who drive an enterprise must partner with energy and enthusiasm, and they must possess the tools for communication and collaboration in order to make it happen. In synergistic systems, one plus one does not equal two. In successful business enterprise, it equals much more in terms of energy and output.

Nina takes her audience through the steps for creating powerful business alliances and partnerships. Participants will:

§ Learn the meaning of business alignment
§ Discover the key elements of partnerships that work
§ Practice the communication tools to make it happen

"Yesterday was a wonderful experience. You provided a basis for which I could look inward in a controlled, structured setting, to allow me to see how I could use my strong values to enhance my life and my practice. I enjoyed the time tremendously, and feel I accomplished a lot in such a short time. As I was exercising this morning, working on my core muscle groups of spine and abdomen (the essentials of Pilates), it occurred to me that your work is like Pilates for the soul. I feel well exercised!"
- Robbyn Wysocki, Managing Director, Lawson, Fields, McCue, Lee & Campbell, P.C.

"I am so thankful for the contribution Nina has made to my personal and professional life. The work we have done together has opened my mind to new possibilities. Her coaching approach to identifying my core values, visioning my future, and setting action plans in place to achieve my vision has shown me the synergies that exist in my life and the areas I need to focus on to bring better equilibrium and success. The time we spent was thoroughly rejuvenating. I look forward to using our work to focus my thoughts and efforts immediately and for many years to come."
- Stephanie Black, Vice President, Practitioners Publishing Company

"Thank you, Nina! You are an excellent coach - patient, thoughtful, intuitive, great listener, and strategic thinker. Before I engaged Nina as my professional coach, I had heard Nina speak for several groups. I knew Nina’s coaching would be valuable, but I did not realize the profound effect that a one-day intensive professional coaching session could have on my life. It has affected my daily routine, my perception of myself professionally, and my ability to sell my service in a fiercely competitive market. As my coach, Nina’s focus is intensely on helping me advance to the next level professionally – more intensely than any other person and more objectively than I could possibly do for myself. Nina is incredibly perceptive to pinpoint my roadblocks quickly and accurately. Together we immediately set out to work and within one 11-hour day, we came up with practical solutions in the areas of time management, project organization, professional image, and marketing strategies. Nina helped clarify my career path and set out a strategic plan to achieve advancement far beyond that which would have otherwise been possible."
- Rebecca Tudor, Vice President, Corporate Advisory Services, Trammell Crow Company
