Michael Levy has provided consulting and training services for a wide variety of industries, including companies in petrochemical and oil, computer technology, utilities, finance, manufacturing, retail, health and pharmaceuticals.
Over the past twenty years as an independent consultant Mike has provided coaching and feedback for hundreds of executives. Mike has been involved in implementing feedback processes focusing on improving management and leadership effectiveness, and strategic planning and development projects with emerging technology companies.
He has designed and conducted training programs on leadership, train-the-trainer supervisory skills, creative problem solving, team building, customer service, communication skills, time management and numerous other custom training programs.
Mike has been an Affiliate Consultant with Zenger-Miller for over ten years, providing consulting and training services both to Z-M and to their clients. He is certified to conduct Teleometrics International's Models for Management¬ seminar, and was trained by Synectics to conduct their Creative Problem Solving Workshop.
In his consulting, Mike works with organizations to enhance their human performance systems, plan and implement organizational change and facilitate strategic planning sessions.
Prior to establishing his own independent consulting firm, Mike held training positions with firms in the retail and health services industries. His last organizational position was that of Corporate Training Manager of one of the largest retail firms in Texas.
Mike has been a presenter at several professional association meetings. He is a past president of the Houston Chapter of ASTD, a six-hundred-member, award-winning chapter of the American Society for Training and Development.
