Michael has written several real estate books including: Black Belt Negotiating; 111 Ways to Justify Your Commission; OPENING DOORS: Selling to Multicultural Real Estate Clients; and Selling to Multicultural New Home Buyers. In addition, he is often called as an Expert Witness in real estate court cases.
Michael has been a licensed real estate agent and broker since 1977. He has managed both small independent companies and large franchised firms.
Michael has sold millions of dollars of residential and commercial property and assisted clients in completing numerous IRS 1031 exchanges. As an agent, he has earned as much as $75,000 in commissions in one month.
