Specializing in inspirational keynote presentations, retreats, training and consulting services, MKA has helped customers produce "breakthrough" results since 1992.

Dedicated to helping leaders succeed and their organizations grow, Key works with executives and consults on a wide range of subjects including leadership for the 21st century, entrepreneurial thinking, strategic planning and strategy development, change management, organizational development, selection and hiring, and customer service.

Key authored a book entitled, The Entrepreneurial Cat: 13 Ways to Transform Your Work Life. In it, she shares time-honored principles on being more proactive or "entrepreneurial" in one's work and personal life. Everyday Entrepreneurs¬, a training and development program based on the book, teaches employees how to see their work life from a new perspective and how to apply these skills to improve communication, productivity and life balance. Key is also hosting a series of programs on the Internet (www.success-talk.com) on "How to Live Life More Entrepreneurially."

Most recently, she was Executive Director of Inc. Magazine's Eagles CEO Program, where she provided one-on-one consulting and roundtable facilitation to entrepreneurs of fast-growing companies. Key served in leadership roles at several major international consulting firms including Development Dimensions International and AchieveGlobal.

Key received her Ph.D. from the University of Virginia and her BS from the University of Massachusetts. She lives in Florida with her husband Lewis and their three cats.
