Joeann Fossland has been owner and president of ADvantage Solutions Group since 1993, helping hundreds of individuals and companies increase their bottom lines & personal effectiveness through seminars, workshops and personal & business coaching.
Educated at Johns Hopkins University, Joeann owned 3 success full businesses before the age of 30. In 1983, she became a REALTOR®, a WCR member and, soon, was an award winning agent.
Joeann publishes a monthly email newsletter and is a weekly contributor to several online sites. She was chosen as the 1999 Best Interpersonal Communications Trainer in the country, by Agent News She also had a story published in Chocolate For a Woman's Heart. Because she loves the synergy of bringing creative minds together and is fascinated with technology and the new ways of delivering education, she hosts free, telephone brainstorming sessions with REALTORS® nationwide on a monthly basis.
Joeann has been a featured speaker at 3 NAR conventions and at numerous State conventions. Her energetic style and focus on creating peak performance with life balance make her a sought after speaker.
Joeann has served her Local and State Realtor Associations in many leadership capacities and has held local and state elected positions for WCR (Women's Council of REALTORS®) and nationally she served on numerous committees, including chairing the Publications Committee and the Technology & Trends Workgroup. She is a senior GRI instructor in Arizona and is a National Instructor for WCR's LTG Program-the premier leadership training arm of NAR.
As a personal coach, Joeann works with highly motivated agents, to leverage their strengths and productivity while living a life they love. She is one of only several hundred coaches nationwide to hold the coveted Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation, through International Coaches Federation.
Joeann's philosophy is "Life is too short to perfect your weaknesses or postpone joy." Her commitment is to bring out the best in those she works with, so they are more effective and are able to live lives they LOVE!
