The field of real estate educators is indeed a large field.  Many educators and investors speak of incredible riches, but when the cover is taken off their programs, many of these are difficult if not impossible to implement.  The claims of wealth seem impossible to achieve.

 

Unlike most investment programs that give you one or two profit sources, ours gives you “six”.  An investor cannot predict the future, and it is also quite difficult to speak to the significant differences that exist in residential real estate markets across the country.  Because there are six different profit sources to our method, if the realities of one particular community minimize one or two of the profit sources, an investor can still succeed with the other four or five profit sources.

Andy Heller is available for speaking engagements and seminars around the country.  The speaking engagements can be as short as a 30 minute and as long as two days (depending on the engagement).
