Graduating with a B.S. in Accounting Allen’s first employment was writing technical manuals and conducting training for a banking-software company. Never having left that arena of training technical programs Wright Computer Group, LLC was formed in 1996 while Allen was pursuing his M.B.A . WCG has always focused on training and consulting in the real estate industry. Allen’s focus has remained on helping agents move their business to the next level through a core understanding of their industry and effectively applying automation. And avid fixer-upper and geek Allen feels comfortable speaking of both bricks and binary. What an industry were two of my passions can work together.

While consulting with various agents we would ask to see a business plan … ever see deer in the headlights? From this experience Createaplan.com was formed. Starting out as an Excel template we worked through the requirements agents needed and added tools management wanted. 2002 found Createaplan on the web, hence Createaplan.com, and a new generation of an old business tool. As a web-based application our experience has been beyond our expectations, almost no technical difficulties, updates are instantaneous, communication with our clients is seamless and security is top-notch.
Our goal is not unique … a high-quality product at a low price. Our egos are not as big as other software vendors … we would rather have a lot of happy users at a low price versus the alternative.
