He was highly successful as a recruiter and as a coach. He has a successful background as an entrepreneur in the field of mortgage banking and he has worked actively in the title insurance industry for a number of years. His diversity of experience makes him a unique resource to the real estate industry.
Allen works actively in the areas of team development, communication, conflict management, selling, customer service, priority management, and performance dynamics. He is currently coaching top professionals across the country in their attempt to take their personal performance to the next level.
Allen is married to Barbara who is also his business partner and best friend. They have three daughters and two grandchildren. Allen is a committed Christian who believes in the magic of "the golden rule". He and Barbara live in Arlington, Texas.
